DO I HAVE TO BE AIRLINE CREW TO BOOK?

The house is meant for crews, so we ask for a work email to confirm crew status when you reserve. Your booking stays pending until that's confirmed, usually quickly. Crew members can also book for family or guests, as long as you're the one on the reservation.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 4:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM. Need an earlier arrival or a later departure? Message us ahead of time and we'll do our best to make it work.

IS THERE A SECURITY DEPOSIT?

Yes. We place a hold on your card for the deposit, not a charge. It's released after checkout once the house is in the same shape you found it.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation. If your plans change, you get your money back.

Is the house suitable for crew rotations?

Yes. Two bedrooms across three floors, with capacity matching the number of beds. The quiet gated community makes it easy to actually rest before the next flight.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are welcome. Just let us know in advance so we can have the space ready.
